DAY 1: SYMPOSIUM ON SOURCE LOCALIZATION METHODS IN EEG AND MEGRobert Oostenveld, Radboud UniversityRiitta Salmelin, Aalto UniversitySarang Dalal, Aarhus UniversityDenis Schwartz, Institut du Cerveau et de la Moelle épinière (ICM)Stefan Rampp, Universitätsklinikum ErlangenMia Liljeström, Aalto University Nicole van Klink, University Medical Center Utrecht
The talks will cover an introduction to source reconstruction in MEG & EEG, different source reconstruction methods (minimum norm, beamformers, etc.), examples from basic science and clinical applications.
DAY 2: WORKSHOP ON SOURCE LOCALIZATION METHODS IN EEG AND MEG A full-day hands-on workshop on applying different source localization methods on different EEG and MEG data with Lau Møller Andersen and Mikkel C. Vinding, Karolinska Institutet.
We will go through a typical pipeline for doing source reconstruction while discussing the different steps, and comparing results across different methods. The workshop is aimed at researchers, students and clinicians in basic and applied neuroscience, but will be open for all interested in learning about the topic. Basic experience or knowledge of EEG or MEG is useful before attending the workshop, but prior experience with source reconstruction methods is not required.
The event is free of charge, but as there is a limited amount of seats available on both days, we fill the seats on a first-come-first-serve basis. When registering, please include your name and affiliation, and whether you wish to attend on day 1, 2, or both days.
We hope to hear from you and look forward to meeting you in June!
Best wishes,
Lau Møller Andersen, Mikkel C. Vinding & Daniel Lundqvist
