Participitation at the Development conference for engineering programs

During Utvecklingskonferensen för Sveriges ingenjörsutbildningar, November 24-25, 2021, Karlstad University, the Department of Applied Physics and Electronics was involved in two presentations.
Per Kvarnbrink facilitated a workshop together with Suzanne Brink, UPL, on how to create a new education in times of Covid restrictions (”Co-creation för att skapa en ny utbildning (under Covid-tider)”).
Furthermore, Thomas Mejtoft presented work on the sustainable internationalization efforts done on the five-year integrated MSc program in Interaction Technology and Design, (”Internationalization at home: An international interdisciplinary experience”). This presentation discussed an international interdisciplinary collaborative project in collaboration with Edith Cowan University (ECU) in Perth, Australia. The paper was cowritten by Helen Cripps, ECU, and Christopher Blöcker, Department of Physics, Umeå University.
