Research network NorrSam is a network for early career researchers (PhD students, postdocs, junior researchers, etc.) with interest in Sámi issues and research related to minoritised peoples in general, as well as Indigenous studies. The members of NorrSam are active in a wide range of academic fields and represent a great variety of research topics.
NorrSam is based at Umeå University but all early career researchers working on the topics of the network’s interests are welcome to become a member and to join its activities. Current activities include seminars and lunch discussions; however, more initiatives are being developed.
