Leadership, management and gender equality in Higher Education

Research project The project focuses on gender equality in academic careers and institutional logics for the distribution of research resources.

This overall project consists of several different studies and is carried out in different constellations. Above all, gender equality is focused on academic careers and how universities allocate research resources to faculties, institutions, research groups and / or individuals based on various institutional logics regarding, among other things, performance metrics and profiling initiatives.
