How can the library contribute with expertise?

The library staff has expert knowledge in the following areas:

  • content in various databases;
  • how different types of databases are structured;
  • how searches are designed in databases and search services;
  • how you can use keywords as well as subject terms from a database thesaurus; and
  • how you can present a search so that it can be repeated (by others).

Our expert group can help you make high quality systematic reviews. We can also review your search strategies and add our experiences from other searches.

Doctoral students can schedule a tutoring appointment instead

The search consultation service is not available to doctoral students. If you need help with information seeking, you can schedule a tutoring appointment with a librarian.
