I am an ‘Excellence of Choice’ postdoctor working in molecular biology in Teresa Frisan’s and Francesca Aguilo’s groups.
I obtained my doctoral degree in 2021 in molecular biology at the University of Paris in France under the supervision of Dr. Florent Hubé in Claire Francastel’s group.
During my Ph.D., I studied the role of small nucleolar RNAs (snoRNAs) during muscle differentiation and whether they could contribute to the phenotypes observed in the splicing disease, myotonic dystrophy type 1.
My current 'Excellence of Choice' postdoctoral research takes place in the molecular biology department in Teresa Frisan lab and Francesca Aguilo lab and will focus on the regulation of the host cell epitranscriptome in salmonella infection.
