I am a licensed Psychologist and a doctoral student within the field of work and organizational psychology. In addition to research, I teach at the Department of Psychology.
My specialty is work and organizational psychology with previous experience as a consultant within the field. During my doctoral studies I am part of a project investigating health and work environment in young managers. The project examines the prerequisites of young managers within the private sector and their willingness to continue to develop in the role of a manager. The research helps us understand how organizations can improve the work situation of young managers in practice.
Results from the research project will in part be presented as a handbook for practical application. The aim is to support organizations by contributing with concrete strategies and guidelines to improve prerequisites for young managers and facilitate establishment of young adults on the labor market.
I am also a member of the research group CoLeadR within the field of work and organizational psychology.
