Both paid and unpaid work can be of concern but in most cases our teaching and research are focused on work organizations and workplaces. The specific research areas are leadership, learning, work environment, stress, health and gender.
In order to answer our research questions we use a number of designs and methods. The projects are often conducted in close cooperation with the participating organization. We also work with intervention studies and effects of changes over time. Frequently we combine different qualitative and quantitative methods to shed light on various aspects of a phenomena or a change.
