Postdoctoral fellow at the Umeå Center for Functional Brain Imaging (UFBI). My research in cognitive neuroscience and brain imaging is focused on the ageing brain and how it is affected by physical exercise. I am interested in the relationship between brain health and different forms of physical fitness, and I am currently involved in a project aimed at adapting a lab-validated high-intensity training (HIT) protocol for seniors to use at home. The goal is to make efficient health-promoting exercise available to a larger segment of the ageing population.
