Researching gender, policy, and knowledge production in the post-Yugoslav space.
My research is about how universities in the post-Yugoslav space respond to anti-gender mobilization and articulate claims to the legitimacy of gender as academic knowledge. I analyze curricula, institutional practices, and discourse to trace how the meaning of gender is produced and stabilized within universities, and how gender scholars experience the delegitimization of their work.
I hold a BSc in social sciences from Roskilde University and an MA in Human Rights Policy and Practice (Erasmus Mundus) from the University of Gothenburg, UiT The Arctic University of Norway, the University of Deusto, and the University of Roehampton.
