My research work focused on bacterial metabolomics, statistics and multivariate analysis. The work also entitles method development in metabolomics and data treatment.
The work has been testing the hypothesis that bacteria are good model systems for activity-related metabolomics, and the project aimed to investigate several different bacterial systems, thereby characterizing and increasing the knowledge about their metabolism under various conditions. The work is focused on metabolomics, statistics and multivariate analysis as well as method development and data treatment.
