International coordinator in the Erasmus team
¡Hola! My name is Raquel and I have been working at UMU International Office since June 2024. I am one of the people responsible for the Erasmus+ programme and my main role is to handle the Erasmus applications and grants for outgoing exchange students and trainees. I also work as back-up for the staff mobility program.

Little about me
I am originally from Northern Spain or Southern Europe depending on your perspective. I have +15 years of experience within the field of International Education in other universities or organisations in Europe. I have lived in Spain, France, Belgium and now in Sweden. Among my interests are to learn new languages, travel and get to know new people. I am a very active person that likes going to the cinema, restaurants, something cultural or fun to do. My favourite words in Swedish are: samarbete, fika and recently thanks to my 3-old daughter, geggamoja.
