I mainly do research and teaching within the field of tax law. In my doctoral project I study the legal and historical construction of the tax payer in, by and through Swedish income tax legislation.

Since September 2017 I am a doctoral student at the Department of Law and at the Graduate School for Gender Studies at Umeå Centre for Gender Studies.
Research
I am a doctoral student at the Department of Law as well as at the Graduate School for Gender Studies, Umeå Centre for Gender Studies, where I am part of an interdisciplinary doctoral/research environment with particular focus on questions about gender and gender research.
In my research I am mainly interested in the legal construction of the taxpayer in relation to the legislation concerning the taxation of income.
I mainly teach tax law at the law program and on independent courses, both at basic and advanced level. My teaching within the tax subject deals mainly with questions about taxation of income, tax principles, critical perspectives on tax law and tax theory. I also teach feminist legal theory and methods at the Master Program of Gender, Justice and Society. Finally, I supervise final year student thesis writing, as well as students at the sixth term of the law program while they write essays within the field of legal history and legal philosophy.
