Campus: The university consists of six campuses. Most courses on undergraduate level is taught at the main campus in Oxford. The campus buildings and student accommodations are closely located, surrounded by a nature area called "the Grove".
Student life: Around campus there are many opportunities for physical activities. Ole Miss Outdoors introduces students, faculty and staff to excursions and outdoor activities. On campus there are also music and theatre performances organised. The university has its own museum - the University of Mississippi Museum.

About Oxford

Ole Miss is situated in Oxford in the state of Mississippi. About 20,000 people live here. The city is sometimes referred to as "the Cultural Mecca of the South" and has attracted many artists. There are art galleries here, for example The Lyric - northern Mississippi's prime meeting place for live music, exhibitions and concerts. Oxford also has a golf course, parks and recreation areas.

Accommodation

For on-campus housing, students will apply through the student portal. Students will be notified of the housing application after they have been admitted. Students applying for off-campus housing will make their own arrangements.

Student grants and loans for studies outside of Sweden

You may be entitled to student grants and loans from CSN when studying abroad.

As the cost of living and accommodation may be higher abroad, you can apply for an extra loan known as an additional loan for studies abroad.

You can also apply for an additional loan to cover additional costs, i.e. travel and insurance costs.
