Through the lens of the camera, I breathe life into a dead scene. I capture the aura of sorrow, a web of time and space, a shadow of something distant. The camera is not just an instrument but an active participant, a way to understand the world around me and my inner emotions.

My artistic practice explores different types of materials but primarily uses photography as a psychological means of expression. The practice does not evoke nostalgia but captures a contemporary moment, a space where bodily memory and materiality intersect. The various works are part of a larger narrative where the body is a central element. It serves as a place for memories, a complex vessel within society, bearing the imprints of experiences, stories, and identities that shape our way of navigating and interacting with the world.

The camera observes nature, I observe it subjectively, where roots leave imprints in the development process, creating a symbiosis between photography and nature. Through the materials I work with, the existential question arises: where does the human end, and where does nature begin? Are we separate, or part of the same fabric? I experiment with archival materials in various ways to unearth stories that have been forgotten. These are embodied and expose a connection between the past and the present.
