Love Törngren
In some ways, I have opposed the idea that I work with language. Because I can never put into words what the core of my work is about.
The true meaning is elusive. But movements, and inner images that take physical form in my installations, as well as the body's reaction to them, are a kind of language. What the objects are called is also part of their existence. A pear, a bell, a spear. They are metaphors in themselves. In one way, they are empty, and in another, they are just what they are. Then you place them out and create a landscape, so that you can stand in the middle of the language and let the body react as it does.
