Database dBotnia

Our own marine environmental database gives you direct access to quality-assured primary data from ongoing sampling assignments.

Today, hydrographic, chemical and biological variables from water mass sampling are stored in dBotnia. Data from these and other sampling programmes are also delivered to the national data host SMHI.

dBotnia's environmental monitoring data are publicly available after being quality assured according to the procedures of the UMF accreditation system. For access to older and calculated variables, the national data hosts are primarily referred to.

To access the dBotnia database and data from the last year, please contact UMF. The user of the data is responsible for ensuring that the quality is adequate for the intended purpose.
