Livet i havet (Life in the sea) is a digital field guide to 400 common species which you can find in waters surrounding the Swedish coast.
The field guide Livet i havet is intended for anyone interested in life below the surface of the sea. It was originally developed by Stockholm University Baltic Sea Centre and Umeå Marine Sciences Centre with the help of researchers and experts. It is now maintained and further developed as a part of a communication collaboration between Umeå University, Stockholm University, Gothenburg University, and the Swedish Institute for the Marine Environment.
