Our restaurants are open to the public at different times during the year. It can be anything from small experiments to commercial operations or pop-up restaurants to provoke and question our eating.
The Bachelor Programme in Food Service and Nutrition is open from November to December.The Bachelor Programme in Gastronomy is open weeks 8, 9 and 10 every year.
