About the course
Do you want to understand how dietary data is collected and scientifically evaluated—or even learn how to conduct your own dietary survey?
This course provides you with the tools you need to take your nutrition knowledge to the next level.
Throughout the course, you will critically review published articles and assess the validity of their findings. You’ll also gain practical skills in planning, conducting, and evaluating dietary surveys. You’ll learn about study design, common dietary assessment methods, sources of error, and ethical considerations.
This course is ideal for those who work (or aspire to work) with people’s eating habits and want to strengthen their expertise in nutrition and dietary research.
