Could you please describe your daily work tasks and responsibilities?

Implementing Salesforce at customers (workshops, designing, configuring, demos, feedback discussions, training, data migration).

Could you please tell us about your career? Where you started after graduation and how your career have progressed?

After graduating from the master program, that in those days was called “Master program in Marketing Research and Analysis Management”, I got a job at Reed Business Information. I first worked as a Database Marketer but made a career within the company and became a Business Analyst, a Team lead and finally Manager. Then I went to work for a company called CGI as  Business Consultant. My next job was as  Senior Business Consultant at Avalon Solutions and now I am working at Stretch as a Senior Salesforce Consultant).

How do you think your studies at the program has contributed to your career or your daily work?

Analytical thinking. Problem solving. Data analysis. Working in groups.

What did you like best with your studies here at the program and living in Umeå?  

Small classes. Internal setting of students and teachers. Group work. Student are important factor of the city.

Do you have any advice you would like to give to current students or future students?

Do what you like best. Give new things a try. Have a next step/goal. Improve yourself all the time.
