This year's Pride Parade in Umeå will take place on Saturday 26 September as part of Umepride. Last year's parade was the largest ever, and this year Umeå University will participate for the third time as an official part of the parade.
All staff and students are welcome to join!
Schedule for the day:
11:30 Gather at Döbelns Park
12:00 Parade departure
13:00 (approx.) Speeches and entertainment at Döbelns Park
Come as you are! A number of rainbow flags will be available to borrow, and the university will march behind the banner "Umeå University for equal value for all".
