About Impact Innovation

The innovation programme means that as a researcher, you will encounter a new logic. Calls are not always aimed directly at researchers or universities, but often at need owners within the public sector, business, and civil society – with research expected to be part of the solution. There are also calls where research is the focus, but always in close collaboration with need owners and society at large. This opens up new opportunities for funding, collaboration, and addressing societal issues broadly

In the coming years, approximately 500 million SEK per year will be distributed within five strategic programmes. This is a powerful investment and a unique chance to engage in cross-sector collaborations, build networks, and shape projects where research drives societal change. Read more: Impact Innovation
