Umeå School of Business and Economics (USBE) is a partner in the Tempus project Strengthening Higher Education in the Sphere of Finance in Siberia and the Far East of Russia (EduSFE) which is funded by the European Commission.
The project runs from 2013 to 2016 and is coordinated by the Tomsk State University in Russia. The central aim of the project is the redesign of master programs in Finance at five Russian universities in line with the Bologna process.
In addition double degree programs between the consortium members in the EU and Russia will be developed. USBE participates with the master program in Finance and partners in the consortium with Zabaikalskiy State University (ZabSU) in Chita, Russia.
Activity Spring 2015
During the period 16 – 27 February, five finance teachers from our bilateral partner ZabSU will visit USBE to reform their curricula in Finance. They would like to get to know the courses we are teaching to be able to develop the curricula at ZabSU.
The teachers are Anastasia Maga, Ivan Monich, Elizaveta Baranova, Z. Tumunbayarova and Victoria Likhanova.
