The Umeå School of Education at Umeå University proudly welcomes you to attend lectures honouring its opening ceremony on Friday 23 January. The School will be officially dedicated at 5:00 p.m.on Thursday 22 January by Vice-Chancellor Göran Sandberg and Pro-Vice-Chancellor Åsa Bergenheim in Lecure Hall A in the Social Sciences Building.
In correlation with this special inauguration, lectures will be held about research areas affiliated with Umeå School of Education.
Umeå University has taken on a significant investment in educational science research that supports the development of teacher education and schools. On Friday 23 January, representatives from diverse research areas will be giving short presentations.
