Event: Umeå School of Education Opening Ceremony

The Umeå School of Education at Umeå University proudly welcomes you to attend lectures honouring its opening ceremony on Friday 23 January. The School will be officially dedicated at 5:00 p.m.on Thursday 22 January by Vice-Chancellor Göran Sandberg and Pro-Vice-Chancellor Åsa Bergenheim in Lecure Hall A in the Social Sciences Building.

In correlation with this special inauguration, lectures will be held about research areas affiliated with Umeå School of Education.

Umeå University has taken on a significant investment in educational science research that supports the development of teacher education and schools. On Friday 23 January, representatives from diverse research areas will be giving short presentations. Take this opportunity to learn more about the research that will help shape the schools and teachers of tomorrow.
