FADC Workshop: Tricks and short-cuts in MS Word and working in the University's dissertation template.

Working in MS Word is something academics do every day yet, we develop our own improvised tricks and short-cuts that are less than efficient.
Much time can be saved by using basic functions that MS has developed and implemented in Word. Further when working in the university template many things can (and do) go wrong.
Supervisors do not always have the time or skills to assist in fixing the problems.
Ingela Valfridsson will overview key aspects of MS Word that will ease your dissertation writing. The workshop will consider among other things text layout to support readability and to gain control over your text and its appearance.
