NEWS Researchers at Umeå University who joined Arcum can apply for funding from the centre's strategic resources for spring 2021.
Arcum's main objective is to support a positive development in Arctic research. Therefore, Arcum participates in a number of activities related to different parts of the research process, and an important task for Arcum is to support ongoing research.
Arcum has the possibility to host externally funded projects, especially if researchers from different departments and/or faculties participate. In addition, financial resources are set aside to support academic events. Twice a year it is also possible to apply for funding for conference participation and fieldwork.
