NEWS Mette Buchardt from Aalborg University is a guest professor at the Umeå Research Centre for Social Studies Didactics (UmSOD) and the research group History and Education between 15 October and 9 November 2018.
The Department of Historical, Philosophical and Religious Studies is hosted by Professor Mette Buchardt from the Center for Education Policy Research at Aalborg University. She will primarily be associated with the Umeå Research Centre for Social Studies Didactics (UmSOD) and the research group History and Education.
Buchardt's research is within educational and religious history as well as curriculum studies / subject didactics. She will, among other things, hold a keynote lecture at the Nordic Conference "Controversial Social Issues in Education and Democracy" organized by UmSOD on 24-25 October.
