Semninar in test-enhanced learning by Professor Jeffrey Karpicke.
On December 15 Carola Wiklund Hörnqvist will defend her thesis “Brain-based teaching: Behavioral and neuro-cognitive evidence for the power of test-enhanced learning”. Faculty opponent is Professor Jeffrey Karpicke. The defense will take place in bt102 (behavioral science building) and starts at 13.15.
The day after Carola Wiklund Hörnqvist has defend her thesis, the opponent, Professor Jeffrey Karpicke, is schedule for a seminar on the topic of test-enhanced learning in Bt 102 at 13.15
Professor Karpicke is a “main player” within the field of test-enhanced learning with many high-ranked publication, among those are publications in “Science” and educational journals such as “Educational psychology review”.
