4 International Colleges & Universities (4icu.org) is an international higher education search and directory based in Sydney, Australia, reviewing 9,200 world-wide accredited universities and colleges in 200 countries.
Their ranking system is based upon an algorithm including three unbiased and independent web metrics extracted from the search engines: Google Page Rank, Yahoo Inbound Links, and Alexa Traffic Rank.
