Collaboration

The research group collaborates in at least four different ways that creates high societal relevance and usefulness of our research.

  • We teach and supervise foremost students in political science, but also in other disciplines and educational programmes within environmental, climate and natural resource politics and administration.
  • We collaborate with other researchers in Umeå as well as with other Swedish and international research institutes - often in inter- and transdisciplinary research projects and publications.
  • We are appointed as experts in research councils and by public agencies and carry out commissioned research and evaluations.
  • We are also members of various public boards and decision-making bodies, where we contribute scientifically based knowledge within our research areas.
