Project description

More specifically, the aim is to study if and how the perception of knowledge is changing in this part of the process and if there is a mismatch between the skills and knowledge that is conveyed in the training program and what is required in the profession. Another aim is that by comparison with police training programs in other countries with other contextual conditions than in Sweden increase understanding of the processes of learning and change
in the transition from education to working life.
