Seed funding for new collaborations after AIMday on AI
Do you want to take an idea from AIMday: Organisations in transition further? Apply for up to SEK 85,000 to kickstart a new project with an external partner – and take the first step towards a future research funding proposal.

The purpose of this seed funding is to give you and your collaboration partner a chance to start a joint project addressing a societal challenge linked to the UN’s 2030 Agenda.
The aim is for the project to act as a stepping stone towards a larger external funding application within the coming year.
Who can apply?
You must be a researcher or teacher at Umeå University who had a productive exchange with a non-academic organisation during AIMday on 19 May. The project should be new, without any previous formal collaboration. Funding can only be used to cover costs on the academic side.
