I am a Doctoral/PhD Student at the Sports Medicine Unit. My doctoral thesis is focused on hip and groin problems in elite ice hockey players. I have a clinical background in strength & conditioning, applied sports physiology, physical testing and sports medicine.
I hold both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Sports Medicine, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, all from Umeå University.
Former ice hockey player, has been working as a scout at the NHL level and player developer with players from U16 - NHL
My teaching is mainly focused on physiology, applied sports physiology,traumatology, anatomy and test methodology. I am also supervising bachelor theses and co-supervising theses at advanced level.
