As a controller at the Planning Office, I work mainly with overall financial and budget issues as well as with financial follow-up for Umeå University.
As a controller, I work with overall financial and budget issues as well as with financial follow-up for Umeå University. The work also includes developing the university's financial management, including the budget process, follow-up methods, internal management and control and management information systems. The tasks also include making calculations, financial analyses and forecasts, as well as follow-up of the overall activities at Umeå University. I also work with university-wide business planning and follow-up processes and have the main responsibility for the work with the university's annual report.
