In my PhD project, I investigate how task design, sequencing and scaffolding within a task-based framework can create meaningful opportunities for learners to use Spanish and develop their oral skills.
More broadly, my research interests include L2 communication, task-based language teaching, second language acquisition, input and output, vocabulary and formulaic language, and the cognitive processes involved in language teaching.
