Research focus
My research focus is on support structures for change and development, mainly concerning public organizations. My academic roots stem from work and organization psychology, with a systems perspective. My thesis Navigate in continuous change is written in Swedish, and tells about facilitation of change in health and social services.

The course is a master's and PhD course that provides an overview of various planning and management issues. The following areas are introduced: management and leadership; decision-making and resource management; business and organizational development; quality development and change work; collaboration and communication; work environment and conflict management.
