I am a postdoctoral fellow jointly hosted by the labs of Laura Carroll and Johan Henriksson. My research focuses on developing innovative single-cell -omics methods.
I currently develop single-cell methods for telomere length measurement, primarily for cancer research, and showcasing this through the long-awaited high-throughput bacterial whole-genome sequencing method. My PhD on immune gene diversification and combinatorial immunity gave me broad experience in molecular biology and immunology, shaping my interest in genome stability, transposons, evolution, and host–pathogen interactions. I also serve as Vice President of the Umeå Postdoc Society.
