My research is about the development of sociopolitical attitudes and the support of the Swedish welfare state . I also do comparative research with other European countries. Some of the questions I adress concern legitimacy, beliefs about welfare over- and underuse, and the gender gap in welfare state attitudes. Other research interests include white-collar crime (including tax morality and compliance), gender equality, basic human values and personality.
