Researcher associated with the Department of Epidemiology and Global Health with a research interest in ageing and disability, chronic diseases, behavioural change and implementation research.
I am a researcher associated with the Department Epidemiology and Global Health with the main research interest in ageing and disability, chronic non-communicable diseases, behavioural change and implementation research. More specifically, my research deals with health and well being among older people in Sweden (using the Linnaeus database within the Centre for Demographic and Ageing Research) and in low- and middle-income countries (using the WHO SAGE - Study on Adult Health and Ageing and other longitudinal databases on ageing).
I am leading the STAR-C project with focus on digital coaching for sustainable behaviour change and health promotion in Sweden. Read more about STAR-C here.
I give lecture on non-communicable disease in the Global Public Health course given to the students in the master programme in public health at Umeå University.
