Research

My research area includes concrete methods to prevent work-related ill health, and also rehabilitation and return to work in stress-related illness. Most of my research is carried out in collaboration with Stress Rehabilitation, Region Västerbotten.

I have experience in conducting several randomized controlled trials, with both quantitative and qualitative designs.

I mainly teach in the field of work environment and health, work-related stress, workplace interventions, rehabilitation of stress-related diagnoses, and motivational interviewing at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
