If you want to change or need to retrieve your Umu-id password or username, your can do so through the activation guide in Servicedesk.
If you have activated your user account and remember your Umu-id username, but have forgotten your password, you can get a new password through Forgot password at Servicedesk.
If you have forgotten your username but remember your password, you can ask to retrieve your username through Forgot username at Servicedesk.
There are three ways of retrieving your username and choosing a password.
If you did not register your mobile phone number or your email address when you activated your identity, you can only obtain a new identity by post to your registered Swedish home address. Use the form for obtaining a new temporary identity. Please specify in your message that you need a new temporary identity.
