The Journal of Research in Teacher Education was published by the Faculty of Teacher Education at Umeå University between 1995 and 2008. The purpose of the journal is to create a forum for teacher educators and other didactic interested parties, to provide information and contribute to debate on issues related to teacher education and research.
The journal is regarded as a direct continuation of the journal Teacher Education and Research in Umeå. The journal was published with four issues a year. Editions from 1999 onwards can be downloaded as pdf.
