Fees

Conference fee

(VAT 25 % excluded)

3500 SEK for university employed participants and students
3000 SEK for PhD students presenting posters
5500 SEK for other participants

Bus fee

(Round trip, Umeå - Hemavan, VAT 6 % excluded)

1000 SEK for adults
500 SEK for children 8-15 years
Free of charge for children up to 7 years

Accommodation

(Full board and Lodging, VAT 25 % excluded)

Adult – single room, 6000 SEK

Adult – part in double room, 4750 SEK
Child – part in double room, ages 4-12 (extra bed in parents’ room), 2375 SEK
Child – part in double room, ages 0-3 (extra bed in parents’ room), free of charge

Adult – part in family room (4 beds), 3800 SEK
Child – part in family room, ages 4-12 (extra bed in parents’ room), 1900 SEK
Child – part in family room, ages 0-3 (extra bed in parents’ room), free of charge

Price includes accommodation (March 10-14), 4 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 3 dinners and a conference dinner. The price does not include alcoholic beverages.

Note: The prices are without VAT, which are the prices that e.g., Swedish university employees pay when paying through their department. Price for accompanying persons and non-academic/business participants shall be increased by VAT.

Please note that you can check in at the earliest 15:00 March 10 and check out at the latest 09:00 March 14.

Payment information

Please select your preferred method of payment below. A confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address shortly after completing the registration process.

INVOICES
Choose your distribution method for invoices (email or electronic). A service fee of 50 SEK will be added to the total.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. If an invoice needs to be changed after the initial invoice has been sent, an administrative fee of 240 SEK plus VAT will be added. 

Providing a VAT/EAN/organization number is mandatory for invoices. It is a unique reference number that means the paying company is registered for VAT purposes with Customs and Revenue. For companies registered in Sweden, please provide your 10-digit organization number with hyphen. (xxxxxx-xxxx).

Foreign participants who choose invoice payment will receive an invoice by email, including information on bank transfers.

Cancellation policy

Registrations can be cancelled before December 31st will be refunded. 

Cancellations between December 31st and January 31st can still be cancelled; the registration fee minus a cancellation fee of 1000 SEK will be refunded. Cancellations after January 31th will not be refunded.

CHANGES
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information during the registration process. If an invoice needs to be changed or completed after the initial invoice has been sent, an administrative fee of 240 SEK plus VAT will be added to the invoice.

During the conference photographs and videos may be taken. It’s possible that photos and videos you appear in may be publicized on the conference organizers' websites, Umeå Congress website, social media, or newsletters. Please contact Umeå Congress if you do not want to be seen in any photographs or videos.
