There will be a chartered bus from Umeå to Storhogna on Sunday March 8. The bus leaves Universum at Umeå University at 8:00. It will make stops to pick up conference participants at the airport and at the train station in Östersund, with an arrival time at Storhogna högfjällshotell & spa around 17-17:30.
The bus back on Thursday March 12 will departure from Storhogna after lunch at 12.15 arriving in Östersund around 14:00 to drop of conference participants. The bus will arrive in Umeå at around 19:30.
The bus fare Umeå–Storhogna–Umeå will be 2500 SEK in total (VAT, 6% excluded). Accompanying persons have the same price (free of charge for children up to 7 years). If you want to travel with the chartered bus, you need to choose this option when you register for the conference.
Conference participants travelling from other cities to Östersund by airplane or train have the possibility to travel from Östersund to Storhogna högfjällshotell & spa with the chartered bus going from Umeå to Östersund. It will pick up conference participants at Östersund airport at 15:00 and at Östersund train station at 15:30 on Sunday March 8 and drop conference participants off in Östersund on March 12 around 14:00.
The bus fare Östersund–Storhogna–Östersund will be 500 SEK in total (VAT, 6% excluded). Accompanying persons have the same price (free of charge for children up to 7 years). If you want to travel with the chartered bus, you need to choose this option when you register for the conference.
