The bus leaves Universum at Umeå University on Sunday March 8, at 8:00. The trip will go via Örnsköldsvik – Sollefteå – Östersund - Storhogna. It will be 30 minutes stop at Sollefteå Circle K. In Östersund it will be a one hour stop (approximately) in City for optional lunch at own expense. Departure 14:30 from bus station, to pick up participants at the airport (15:00) and at the train station (15:30). Arrival time at Storhogna Högfjällshotell & Spa around 17:30.
The bus back on Thursday March 12 will departure from Storhogna after lunch at 12:15 arriving in Östersund around 14:15 to drop of conference participants. In Östersund it will be 45 minutes stop at the bus station and in Sollefteå 30 minutes stop at Circle K. The bus will arrive in Umeå at around 20:30.
The bus fare Umeå–Storhogna–Umeå will be 2500 SEK in total (VAT, 6% excluded). Accompanying persons have the same price (free of charge for children up to 7 years). If you want to travel with the chartered bus, you need to choose this option when you register for the conference.
Conference participants travelling from other cities to Östersund by airplane or train have the possibility to travel from Östersund to Storhogna Högfjällshotell & Spa with the chartered bus going from Umeå to Östersund.
The bus will stop at Östersund airport at 15:00 to pick up participants, and at Östersund train station at 15:30 (if there are travelers from the train station) on Sunday March 8. Arrival time at Storhogna Högfjällshotell & Spa around 17:30.
