Toward the emergence of entrepreneurial opportunities: Organizing early-phase new-venture creation support systems
To support entrepreneurship, we need to accept a simple yet profound truth: not every venture effort will succeed, but great success can come from anywhere. In a new paper by Sujith Nair, Medhanie Gaim and Dimo Dimov to be published in the Academy of Management Review, we develop four key principles for designing systems to support entrepreneurship in its earliest phases. We can apply these principles to ourselves, our organizations, and our ecosystems.
