The data in SHiPS consists of annual data on parish level for the years 1749 to 1859. Information on population, births, deaths, migration and marriages are available, mostly divided by sex. There are also processed data, eg. birth rates and death rates by sex, but also sex and age-divided population data. A variety of selection criteria can be made, and the results shown on a map, in a chart or in table form, are all available for downloading.
