Dietary and nutrition therapies

Dietary and nutrition therapies relates to adapting the intake of food and nourishment to optimise health by preventing or treating a disease.

The term is synonymous with clinical nutrition and includes food and nourishment of many forms and intake methods. The Department of Food, Nutrition and Culinary Science conducts several research projects including various diseases and age groups as well as various treatment methods.
