Norrland Noir. Darkness and tradition in Northern crime novels and speculative fiction

  • Number of credits 7.5 credits

About the course

"Nordic Noir" has become an internationally acknowledged term for Nordic crime fiction. This course deepens and broadens the term, with a focus shift to a specific and vital branch which we call "Norrland Noir". This includes both contemporary and historical crime, speculative fiction and suspense fiction, as well as literature from a long tradition of dark toned literature set in Norrland, preferably written by authors from the Northern part of Sweden.  Klicka eller tryck här för att ange text.
