Welcome to practise dance for health! In the undemanding dance, you can learn to find the pleasure and joy of moving in a way that feels good, without requirements that it has to look in a certain way.
Curiously and playfully, we explore your own, unique movement and you are encouraged to challenge yourself. Dance for health is a researched-based method, you can dance for your mental and physical health. Maximum 20 participants.
